Regarding 'Login Accounts' -
The creation of login accounts on our website, is purely for your convenience. It saves you typing in your details, every time you shop with us.

Wholesale Orders -
For our Regular Wholesale Customers - Place your order online and choose the 'Wholesale Customer' option, at checkout. We will email you an invoice, with the discounted total. We will process your card payment only when you have checked and approved the total before despatch. For new 'Wholesale Customers', please use the 'Wholesale Contact' page, on the lefthand menu bar.

Delivery Options -
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail, 2nd class, for customers in the UK. If you would like your order delivered especially fast or to an address outside of the UK, please let us know and we can let you know the extra cost (having weighed the parcel). We will not process the payment until we have checked that you are happy with the new total.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order in 2 - 3 days. We will normally send out all orders the very next day (except Saturdays) and we do carry most of our range already made up and ready to be sent out. Sometimes we will need to manufacturer your item especially for you, but we try to do this within 1-2 days, in which case your order mightn't get to you for 4/5 days.

Tax Charges
As most of our range is worn by babies, it is VAT-free, but on some of the accessories, VAT is charged at 17.5% and is included in the price.
